As part of Soriana’s operations team, I was responsible for developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Soriana stores, creating clear, structured, and visually intuitive manuals that standardized in-store operations, inventory management, and customer service processes. These guides streamlined staff training, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced internal communication.
